Privacy Policy

Effective November 6, 2026

Scope of this policy

This policy explains how Fast Serve AZ handles information connected to our process-serving services in Arizona. It covers this website and the information we receive when you place or discuss an assignment with us.

Online order intake is handled by our ordering portal, hosted at psz.sopstatus.com (Process Server's Toolbox, operated by DreamBuilt Software). Submitting an order takes you to that external system, and this policy describes how we treat the information you send us through it.

Information you provide

Please do not upload documents that are not needed for the assignment, and do not include unnecessary sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or financial account details.

  • Contact details such as your name, firm, email address and phone number.
  • Assignment details, including the type of documents to be served, the name and service address of the person or entity to be served, and any court or filing deadline.
  • Documents you upload for service, such as summonses, complaints, subpoenas, notices or court orders.
  • Correspondence and notes you send us about the assignment.

Where your order information and documents are submitted

Orders and uploaded documents are collected in an ordering portal operated by a third-party service-management provider: psz.sopstatus.com (Process Server's Toolbox, operated by DreamBuilt Software). That portal runs on the provider's systems, so the information and files you submit there are processed and stored by that provider and are not held exclusively on Fast Serve AZ infrastructure.

The provider processes that information under its own terms and privacy notice, which are presented inside the ordering portal. We encourage you to review them before submitting an assignment. Fast Serve AZ chooses and configures the portal for our own workflow, and we remain responsible for the assignment itself: review, coordination, service and proof of service.

Information collected automatically

When you browse this website, standard server and analytics information is recorded: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and similar technical data. We use Google Analytics 4 for this purpose, which sets cookies in your browser. We use this information in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Our website analytics do not receive the contents of your documents, the names or addresses of people to be served, or other case details.

How we use information

  • To review an assignment, confirm available service options and provide a quote.
  • To coordinate and complete service of process, and to prepare affidavits and proofs of service.
  • To communicate with you about the assignment and respond to your questions.
  • To keep business, accounting and service records, and to comply with legal and court requirements.
  • To operate, secure and improve this website.

When information is shared

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

  • With our ordering portal provider, Process Server's Toolbox, which hosts order intake and uploaded documents.
  • With process servers, investigators or affiliate agencies assigned to complete a serve, including in another state when service is requested outside Arizona.
  • With courts, counsel or parties as required to serve, file or prove service.
  • With service providers that support our operations, such as email, hosting and analytics providers, subject to their own obligations.
  • Where required by law, court order or legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

How long information is kept

We keep assignment information and correspondence for as long as needed to complete the assignment and to meet legal, accounting and recordkeeping obligations. Records connected to completed serves are often kept for several years because proofs of service may be needed in the underlying case. Documents held in the ordering portal are also subject to the provider's retention practices.

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this kind of information, including restricting access to assignment records to personnel and agents who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Where information is stored in the ordering portal, the provider's own security controls also apply.

Your choices

You can ask us what assignment information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Contact us at info@fastserveaz.com or 602-613-8554.

You can limit or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use this website or to place an order.

Children

This website and our services are intended for adults and businesses involved in legal matters. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
